Once your account is closed or withdrawn, all the remaining account balances including charges of Simplyfy Crypto you will be liable to pay immediately. When the payment of all outstanding charges is completed successfully then the users will be provided 5 days to withdraw all their digital assets and funds from the account.
If you meet any fraud, violation of law, and any provision then Simplyfy Crypto can provide you with a written notice requiring the closing of all your accounts. You will be provided with 30 days of notice to withdraw all your digital assets. In case you fail to do so then we can take steps to deem your account as a dormant account and will close any open positions in any Simplyfy account.
Simplyfy crypto and its employees have no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you in connection with any trades or other decisions or activities effected by you using our platform and services. We are not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and have no communication or information provided to you as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.
It is the responsibility of the users to abide by local laws in relation to the legal usage of their local jurisdiction and other laws and regulations. We are extended to appropriate tax authorities of their local laws all aspects of taxation, the withholding, collection, reporting, and remittance.
Users need to acknowledge and declare that their funds come from legitimate sources and don't come from illegal sources.
